Located in the Caribplaya urbanisation, this compact coastal bungalow undergoes a full rehabilitation aimed at updating its performance while preserving the character of Costa del Sol holiday architecture.
The intervention reorganises the interior layout to open up the daytime living areas, strengthening the visual and functional connection with the outdoors. Natural light becomes the central organising element: spaces open towards terraces and garden, blurring the boundary between inside and out.
The material palette, neutral tones and reduction of superfluous elements pursue an honest architecture in dialogue with the Mediterranean setting, prioritising thermal comfort and energy efficiency in harmony with the southern climate.
