Party Wall House, Historic Centre, Marbella

The plot is located within the historic center of the city, surrounded by attached residential buildings. The project is designed for an Andalusian-style home that respects the local architectural character and blends seamlessly into the urban fabric, without compromising spatial or programmatic quality.

It features vernacular architecture using traditional materials, combining heritage with a contemporary approach.
