Urban Regeneration, San Pedro Alcántara — Friendly City Marbella

Basic principles of action: Friendly City — Marbella. The neighborhood's revitalization is part of the urban renewal plan commissioned by the Deputy Mayor's Office of San Pedro Alcántara. The aim is to raise awareness among residents and local authorities about the importance of reclaiming and preserving the street as an extension of the home.

The area is currently degraded, with a winding layout and poor accessibility. The proposed project promotes neighborhood ownership, creates open-air community gathering spaces, establishes continuous pathways, removes architectural barriers, enhances lighting, and uses light and shadow as spatial experiences. It also seeks to give the neighborhood a distinct identity.
