Two Houses in Fuengirola

The proposal explored how to design and reimagine two homes brought together to live as one extended family, while preserving each household’s independence.

Set in a location with uninterrupted views of the Costa del Sol, the goal was to place the homes in a way that maintains privacy and distance between them.

The concept consists of two independent houses on the same plot. Each features an open-plan ground floor for shared living spaces like the kitchen and living room, and a private upper floor for bedrooms.

Both volumes are oriented parallel to the coastline to maximize natural light and fully capture the site’s exceptional views.
